Burkhard Klein




Burkhard Klein is a state certified residential real estate appraiser and approved FHA appraiser. 
In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida. 
Mr. Klein has been appraising residential real estate in Florida since 1992. He became a partner in 
Collier Residential Appraisal, Inc. upon joining the firm in October 1995 and is presently the president of the company. His valuation expertise has been utilized in various consulting assignments, depositions, presentations, and discussion panels. Mr. Klein's background in constructing and marketing homes as well as construction cost management have been essential in providing reliable cost estimates and related values as well as insurance appraisal assignments. Aside from English, Mr. Klein speaks fluent German.

Shawn M Todd

I relocated to Bonita Springs from Michigan in February 2018. I have 3 children in 3 different States and I'm the lucky one in Florida. Always having a keen eye for spelling and grammar, English
was my major in college at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI. I worked for many years while raising the kids in Royal Oak, MI. I fixed up and sold the 1920's home
and headed South as I always knew I'd be here. Started working with Collier Residential Appraisal a year or two after I acclimated to the area and have not regretted one day.

Jim O'Donnell


After college at Kent State University in Ohio and St Leo College in Florida, I found my niche in real estate appraising in Southwest Florida. I appraise properties all over Lee and Collier Counties. I am a Certified Licensed Residential Appraiser of 20 years, who works with private individuals and various lenders for appraisals of single-family homes, condominiums, and new builds.

Andy Bowes

 

Andy moved to Naples in 1999 to start First Bank Florida (now Synovus) bringing over 20 years of corporate banking experience in Cincinnati and Miami. He decided to make a career change in 2001 and became a certified residential appraiser in 2003, joining Collier Residential in 2004. He has extensive experience consulting, appraising homes for mortgage, estate/trust, divorce, and as an aid in the purchase and sale decision process. He has also served as an expert witness on numerous occasions. Andy performs appraisals for a wide range of property types and specializes in high to ultra-high values homes. The combination of his extensive banking and appraisal experience gives him a unique perspective on the process. Andy and his wife Paula raised 2 daughters and reside in North Naples.

Roberta Lawrence 

 

Roberta "Robin" Lawrence, Cert Res RD5640, was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania and moved to SW Florida in 1986. Her appraisal career began when she was hired as a research assistant for a small appraisal firm in 1987. She later gained valuable knowledge working for a construction company until she became a realtor in 2001. In 2003 she became an appraiser and worked for several years as a staff appraiser, for a large bank. There, she worked in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota Counties. In 2008, Roberta moved to Key West and further honed her skills, appraising many interesting properties in the Monroe County market. In 2016, she joined the Collier Residential Appraisal team, where she focuses on providing quality appraisals in Lee County. With over 30 years of real estate, construction, and appraisal knowledge, Roberta has the experience necessary to accurately value your property.

Francis Gatturna

 

I am a Board Certified Licensed Residential Appraiser that has 35 years of experience under my belt. Of those 35 years, 25 of them have been spent here in Southwest Florida. After college at Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater, MA my family and I moved to Cape Coral. At one point, I was training new appraisers. I typically appraise single family residences, condominiums, new construction and multi-family properties in Lee County.
